For the 2024 academic year, SSUHS will administer an entrance exam to be considered for admission to the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam’s first-year B.Sc. Nursing program. As per SSUHS’s official announcement, qualified applicants may begin submitting their applications on the official website on May 9, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria for SSUHS BSc Nursing Admission 2024
- The applicant needs to be an Indian national.
- The applicant must be at least 17 years old on December 31 of the year they are applying for admission.
- A recognized Board, Council, or University must have awarded the candidate a Higher Secondary (10+2) Science or Equivalent Examination with English as one of the subjects.
- Candidates from the General category must have received at least 50% of the possible points in the aggregate for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; candidates from the PWD category must have received 45% of the possible points; and candidates from the SC/ST(P)/ST(H) category without grace marks must have received 40%.

SSUHS BSc Nursing Admit Card 2024
Candidates who wish to apply for the BSc Nursing Entrance Examination between May 9 and May 25, 2024, should be aware that the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences will formally release the admit card on June 3, 2024. Those who have registered to take the exam will then be able to download and print a copy of the card to bring to the exam location.
