NEET Application Form 2024: Students waiting to take the NEET 2024 test no longer have to. On April 09, 2024, NTA, the exam conducting agency, will reopen the NEET registration period. Registration for NEET 2024 is open until April 2024. Through the NTA’s official website, candidates interested in pursuing medical programs like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, etc., can apply for NEET UG 2024.
Choosing test centers, submitting scanned documents, providing personal and academic information, and paying the application cost are all part of the NEET application procedure. The NEET 2024 application must be submitted by April 10, 2024. There isn’t an offline application mode that is accessible. NTA has created a new website, neet.ntaonline.in, for NEET 2024 Registration. Candidates must review the NEET 2024 eligibility requirements and the documents needed to complete the application.
NEET Application Form 2024:
The application for NEET UG 2024 is now open till April 10, starting tomorrow. If an applicant wishes to participate in NEET 2024, they must finish and submit the online application by April 10, 2024. The application form may be accessed at https://neet.ntaonline.in/, the official website of NTA NEET. Applicants seeking the NEET form for 2024 must register by providing their email addresses, cellphone numbers, and personal information. Students will receive an application number and password after completing the NEET Application Form 2024. They must use these details to log in and finish the remaining portions of the form.
The NEET application form 2024 requires candidates to provide their academic details, choose the test city, and provide scanned copies of their class 10 passing certificates, category certificates, handicap certificates, and passport- and postcard-sized pictures.

The candidate’s name and the date of the picture shoot should be put beneath the white backdrop of the image. The other papers should be between 100 and 300 KB in size, and the picture should be between 10 and 200 KB. The files should only be in JPG or JPEG format.

How do you fill out the NEET 2024 Application Form?
The following are the processes to complete the NEET 2024 application form:
- Go to neet.ntaonline.in, the official NTA NEET website, and select the “Fill Application Form” option.
- After carefully reading the instructions, click “Proceed to Apply Online.”
- Click “Preview and Submit” after entering your personal information, which includes your name, date of birth, mother’s and father’s names, and category.
- After checking the information, select “Next.” You will receive an application and cellphone numbers in your registered email address.
- The academic information, which includes your roll number, board name, and grades from classes 10 and 12, may be completed by entering your login credentials.
- Select the exam city of your choice from the list of alternatives. Up to four exam cities may be selected, ranked by personal preference.
- Please provide scanned copies of your class 10 passing certificate, category certificate, handicap certificate, and postcard-sized photo. Verify that the files are under the allowed size limit and in the JPG or JPEG format.
- Use any online payment method, including net banking, UPI, Paytm, credit card, debit card, or credit card, to pay the application cost. For the General category, the application cost is Rs. 1700; for the EWS/OBC category, it is Rs. 1600; and for the SC/ST/PwD category, it is Rs. 1000.
- For your records, please print out the confirmation page after downloading it.
It is recommended that candidates double-check all the data before applying, as modifications cannot be made once the form has been submitted in its final form. Nonetheless, NTA will provide a brief window of opportunity for candidates to change a few of the application form’s areas. Before the exam, candidates who complete the application procedure can get their admission cards from the official website. The exam center, date, time, and instructions will all be listed on the admission card. Candidates must bring their admission card, current identification, and a passport-sized picture to the exam location.

Payment Process:
Step 1: Proceed to pay the test costs online. To achieve this, you may use UPI, net banking, or a debit/credit card. Please note that there are processing fees, GST, and examination costs.
Step 2: An application form confirmation page will be produced following a successful payment.
Step 3: Download the confirmation page and safely store it.
Step 4: Along with the PIN, fill out the application with a functional phone number, email address, and postal address.
Step 5: A NEET registration 2024 number will be generated upon the form’s submission. Note this NEET registration number for 2024 so you can use it later.
Note: It’s crucial to include accurate mailing and phone information on the application form. The candidate has to confirm that each entry is correct. Under no circumstances will requests to change any of the details in the online application be considered.

Retrieve NEET Application Form 2024 Password?
If the applicant forgets their password, they can retrieve their NEET Application form 2024 password by creating it again. A few actions must be taken:
- Check out the official neet.ntaonline.In website.
- Locate and click the “NEET (UG) – 2024 – Reset Your Password” link.
- As asked, provide your name, date of birth, and NEET application number.
- Two alternatives will be available to you: through security questions or OTP.
- Select the option that works best for you to change your NEET password.
Correction Window:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) offers applicants the opportunity to amend their NEET application form after the final NEET registration date of 2024 through a window called the NEET 2024 Application Form Correction Window. Candidates may update information in certain sections of their NEET Application Form 2024, including submitted documents, test city and medium, academic information, and personal details. The NEET rectification window should begin in March 2024 and last for about three to four days.
Candidates will only have the chance to fix any errors in their NEET Application Form 2024 during the NEET correction session. As a result, it’s crucial to thoroughly check every item before submitting the amended form. After the correction window closes, the NTA will not accept more rectification requests. The candidates’ final information will appear on their NEET admission card, distributed in May 2024.
NEET UG 2024 Application Form Image Correction:
You can use the NEET correction window feature to fix any inaccurate or blurry images you supplied in your NEET UG 2024 application form. The NEET rectification window should begin in April 2024 and last for about three to four days. To alter the picture using the NEET correction window, take the following actions:
- Visit neet.ntaonline.in, the official website.
- Select the link labeled “NEET candidate login.”
- When enrolling for NEET 2024, provide the application number and password that you were given.
- A screen message requesting that the form’s pictures be changed will appear.
- Upload fresh scanned pictures of your signature and NEET photo.
- Select “Save Changes” and press “Submit.”
- Use the OTP sent to the registered cellphone number to confirm the correction.
NEET Eligibility Criteria 2024:
To prevent their NTA NEET application form from being rejected, candidates for medical school must be informed of the NEET eligibility requirements before completing the application. The points about the NEET 2024 eligibility requirements are listed below.
- Nationality: Candidates for the NEET UG 2024 are eligible if they are Indian nationals, non-resident Indians, Indian citizens living abroad, persons of Indian origin, or foreign nationals.
- Qualification test: Applicants must complete the 10+2 exam or its equivalent, which must be taken from a recognized board of education and include Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core courses. Candidates may register for NEET 2024 if they pursue a class 12 diploma or any other similar board.
- The minimum scores required to appear in NEET 2024 vary based on the category. Applicants in the Unreserved Category (UR) must get an aggregate score of 50% in Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology. In contrast, those in the SC/ST/OBC categories must achieve an aggregate score of 40%.
- Minimum age: By December 31, 2024, prospective applicants must be at least 17.
- Maximum age: The authorities have eliminated the NEET upper age restriction.
- Maximum attempts: Candidates may try the test as often as they choose, provided there is no maximum age limit.
NEET UG 2024 Exam Pattern:
There are 200 multiple-choice questions in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology on the NEET 2024 test pattern; 180 must be answered correctly. The exam will last for three hours and twenty minutes. The National Medical Commission’s (NMC) new syllabus will be followed for the test. The subjects taught in CBSE and state board classes 11 and 12 form the basis of the syllabus.
Those who pass the NEET 2024 test can participate in the seat allocation and counseling processes for admission to different Indian medical institutions. For the 15% of All India Quota seats, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the counseling; for the 85% of State Quota seats, the appropriate state agencies will handle the counseling.
