Assam Pragyan Bharti Scooty Benefits:

- First and foremost, the Assamese government will give all recipients free textbooks, clothes, and other supplies needed for education.
- The Assam government would pay between Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 1 lakh to pupils for textbooks.
- Graduate and postgraduate students will receive textbook incentives of Rs. 1500 and Rs. 2,000.
- The government will give each student Rs. 1000 monthly to settle their mess debts.
- There will be a one-time Rs. 50,000 education loan subsidy available.
- Scooters would be given to twenty thousand deserving female 12th graders.
- For the academic year 2020–21, all admissions—from higher secondary to postgraduate—will be granted to students without charge.
