Under a VA benefits program, veterans in the US are given more financial support. This program is especially intended to assist veterans who have illnesses or injuries related to their service that have rendered them incapacitated. Eligibility for the $3600 VA Payment
- A rating for a service-connected disability is required for veterans.
- Serving in the military must have caused the condition, or caused it to worsen.
- The veteran must be released under circumstances other than dishonorable.
- Under some circumstances, surviving spouses of veterans may also be qualified.
- The veteran’s disability rating will determine how much they get; payouts can range from $165 to $3,600.
